Billing and Invoices

Review billing records, order status, payment amount, consumption records, and invoice entry points

Entry, Purpose, and When to Use It

  • Entry: after signing in to Routescope, open Billing and Invoices in the account center sidebar.
  • Purpose: audit billing records, order status, payment amounts, consumption records, and apply for invoices through page entry points.
  • Use it when: confirming orders after top-up, doing periodic reconciliation, checking consumption records, or requesting invoices.

Review Billing Records

  1. Open Billing and Invoices.
  2. Review the billing record list.
  3. Locate target records by date or filters shown on the page.
  4. If there are many records, narrow further by order status or amount.

Check Order Status

  1. Find the target order in billing records.
  2. Review the order status field.
  3. If the order is still processing, wait for the status to update.
  4. If the order is abnormal, keep the order number and payment proof, then follow the support entry on the page.

Order status names should follow the actual page display.

Check Payment Amount

  1. Find the target bill or order.
  2. Review the payment amount.
  3. Compare it with the actual USD payment amount shown on Top Up Balance.
  4. If amounts differ, use page details and payment records for further troubleshooting.

Review Consumption Records

  1. Find the consumption records section in Billing and Invoices.
  2. Reconcile consumption changes by date range.
  3. If you need input, output, or cost for a single call, open Operation Records > Usage Logs.

Billing pages are better for financial reconciliation. Single-request troubleshooting should use Operation Records.

Apply for an Invoice

  1. Check whether the page provides an invoice application entry.
  2. Select bill or order records that can be invoiced according to page requirements.
  3. Fill in invoice information required by the page.
  4. Submit and review application status.

If no invoice entry is shown, the current account or order may not support it. Follow the actual page display.

Reconciliation Notes

  1. For top-up credit arrival, audit Top Up Balance and Billing and Invoices first.
  2. For API call charges, audit Operation Records > Usage Logs first.
  3. For async task result and failure reasons, check Operation Records > Task Logs.
  4. For periodic reconciliation, use consistent date ranges across bills, consumption records, and usage logs.

FAQ
