Review profile details, change password, set up two-factor authentication, manage coupons, and privacy settings
Entry, Purpose, and When to Use It
- Entry: after signing in to Routescope, open Account Information in the account center sidebar.
- Purpose: manage profile details, change password, configure two-factor authentication, review coupons, configure privacy settings, and control whether request/error logs record IP addresses.
- Use it when: completing profile information, improving account security, reviewing coupons, or adjusting privacy-related settings.
Review Profile Details
- Open Account Information.
- Review the profile section.
- Check username, email, or other account fields shown on the page.
- If editing is available, follow the page prompt to update editable fields.
Profile fields should follow the actual page display.
Change Login Password
- Find the password change entry in Account Information.
- Enter current password and new password as required by the page.
- Confirm and submit the new password.
- After completion, sign in again with the new password to verify it works.
Use a strong password that only you control, and avoid reusing passwords across sites.
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
- Find the two-factor authentication setting in Account Information.
- Follow the page prompt to enable two-factor authentication.
- Save recovery information or verification code instructions shown by the page.
- Sign out and sign in again to confirm two-factor authentication works.
If the page shows disable or reset actions, the account may already have two-factor authentication enabled.
Review Coupons
- Find the coupon section in Account Information.
- Review coupon status, expiration date, and usage rules.
- Before top-up or consumption, confirm whether the coupon is usable.
Coupon rules should follow the actual page display.
Configure Privacy Settings
- Find privacy settings in Account Information.
- Review the privacy options shown on the page.
- Enable or disable settings according to business requirements.
- Save and confirm the settings take effect.
Record IP for Request and Error Logs
- Find the setting for recording IP addresses in request and error logs.
- Enable or disable it as needed.
- After enabling it, check related logs to confirm whether IP information is displayed according to page behavior.
- If your team has privacy or compliance requirements, confirm internal rules before changing the setting.

Are business API Keys managed on the Account Information page?
No. API Keys for business calls should be created and maintained in Token Management.
