Top Up Balance

Check balance, enter an amount, choose a package and payment method on the top-up page

Entry, Purpose, and When to Use It

  • Entry: after signing in to Routescope, open Top Up Balance in the account center sidebar.
  • Purpose: check current balance, enter a top-up amount, confirm credited quota and actual payment amount, and complete payment.
  • Use it when: balance is insufficient, you are preparing for production integration, funding a project, or confirming whether top-up has arrived.

Check Current Balance

  1. Open Top Up Balance.
  2. Check the current balance shown on the page.
  3. Decide whether to top up based on the model you plan to call and expected usage.

If balance is insufficient, API calls may not complete.

Enter Top-Up Amount

  1. Find the top-up amount input.
  2. Enter the quota amount you want to add.
  3. Top-up quota is denominated in USD.
  4. Confirm that the amount meets the page's minimum or maximum rules.

Review Credited Quota

  1. After entering an amount, review the credited quota calculated by the page.
  2. If bonus quota, packages, or discounts are displayed, audit them according to the page description.
  3. Before paying, confirm that the credited quota meets your expectation.

Review Actual Payment Amount

  1. The page shows the actual USD payment amount.
  2. Compare the USD amount and credited quota.
  3. Continue to payment only after the values are correct.

Choose a Package

  1. If packages are available, review each package's amount, credited quota, and description.
  2. Choose the package that matches your expected usage frequency.
  3. For temporary testing, use a smaller amount. For long-term use, adjust based on actual consumption.

Package details should follow the actual page display.

Use a Promo Code

  1. If the page provides a promo code input, enter a valid code.
  2. Click the confirm, use, or submit button shown on the page.
  3. Review the discounted credited quota or actual payment amount.
  4. If the code is invalid, follow the page prompt to re-enter or remove it.

Choose a Payment Method

  1. Select an available payment method in the payment section.
  2. Use the payment methods shown on the page as the source of truth.
  3. After confirming the payment amount, follow the page prompt to redirect or scan to pay.

Confirm Credit Arrival

  1. After payment, return to Top Up Balance or Dashboard.
  2. Refresh the page and confirm the current balance increased.
  3. If credit does not arrive immediately, open Billing and Invoices and check the order status.
  4. If the order status is abnormal, keep your payment record and follow the support entry shown on the page.

FAQ

What if my balance does not change after payment?

Refresh the page first, then check order status in Billing and Invoices. Different payment methods may have a short delay.
