Setup entry for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, VS Code, and related clients

Client tools do not all use the same protocol. OpenAI-compatible tools usually use https://api.routescope.ai/v1, while Claude Code-style tools usually use the root address https://api.routescope.ai.
